REFUND POLICY

At Outlaws & Outcasts Clothing Co. Ltd., we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
 

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at office@outlawsandoutcasts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item. Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior authorization.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
 

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and indicate that you would like an exchange.

We will replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at no additional cost to you.

Exchange items are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be given the option for a refund or store credit.
 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account or credit card statement.

If the refund is not reflected, contact your bank or credit card company as there may be a delay in processing.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
 

8. International Orders

For international returns, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs, including customs duties, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods or for custom-made/personalized items. Any delays will be communicated to you via email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Domestic (within Mainland UK): 3-7 business days

    • International: 7-21 business days

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or weather conditions may affect delivery times.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check the tracking information. If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will assist in locating your package.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

  • If we are unable to contact you or arrange a re-shipment, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund, minus shipping and handling fees.
